Successfully registered it for OTP and configured it using Neo Manager for CCID+OTP+U2F - but the Neo does not blink as it say it should on the U2F registration page. When I touch the key the light stays on and does not flash as described.

Any guesses as to what I have done wrong?

Windows 7 64-Bit OS running Chrome 39.

You need Google Chrome v40 to have both OTP and U2F turned on at the same time.
