I encrypted a file using the public key generated from YubiKey Neo.
The encryption was done via a third party OPENPGP code using the above mentioned public key (Encryption was successful).
Now, when I tried to decrypt it using the private key of the YubiKey Neo, it failed to decrypt.

I also used a tool named Kleopatra, it works completely fine with this tool (encryption via third party code and decryption using the tool)

One more thing that was observed that when creating keys from YubiKey it had "Authenticate against servers" mentioned in the certificate usage section on checking its information whereas this was missing in the information obtained from the keys generated in the Kleopatra tool.

Doesn't the YubiKey Neo support decryption for the files encrypted from the third party code (using public key of the YubiKey Neo) ?
