I've enabled Windows logon for my yubikeys following the instructions in the PDF Windows_Login_YubiKey_Configuration_en.pdf.
This works OK bit I wondered if I could get rid of the weird user account called "Password" that has now appeared on the Windows lock screen in addition to my local user account?
It makes it kinda obvious that I'm using a yubikey since it reports that no yubikey is inserted if I try to log on without one. I would rather the logon simply fail without explanation as happens when I use my own local user account.
I've attached a couple of pics of the "Password" account. This account goes away if I disable yubikey authentication but returns if I re-enable it.
My version of windoze is Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.540)
My yubikeys are Yubikey 4 and Yubikey 4 nano both purchased this last week and working fine.
Any help appreciated
