Hi I have two Neos that I use with PasswordSafe. On almost every occasion, if I try to login, when I tap the key I am using it fails to register an entry. It often takes 4 or 5 taps changing fingers or hands for it to register. Sometimes it works first time though. is there a reason for this?? thanks mike |

Just thinking if it had some 'gunk' on it it would hamper such capacitance thus maybe making it not work? I would NOT advise cleaning it unless this is the reason and you have a proper method to clean the disc without harming the device. ~Richard |
