The Yubico OpenID Server serves erratic metadata on the user's identity page. As of this writing the pages says

  <meta http-equiv="X-XRDS-Location" content="http://openid.yubico.com/server.php" />
</head>
The URLs should be swapped, as the server location is http://openid.yubico.com/server.php and the XRDS location is http://openid.yubico.com/server.php/use ... YUBIKEY_ID.

Should be fixed now, thank you!

This was actually a bug already fixed in the upstream JanRain example server. We should sync up our code with the latest release... contributors who want to work on our openid server are very welcome to do this, please join this project:
