I've just set a new management key while setting up SSH support in the PIV applet. Now I can't change the connection modes in NEO Manager.

When I change the modes and press OK, it says "Remove your Yubikey NEO now" as if the change were successful. When I plug it back in, the connection modes are unchanged.

It seems like there needs to be a way to override the management key the GUI uses. For now, is there a way to do this with command line tools that accept a key argument?

Turns out this was unrelated: viewtopic.php?p=6317#p6317

You can't change the connection modes while you have protected profiles. After disabling protection with the GUI personalization tool, I was able to change the connection modes as expected.

The NEO Manager GUI should detect and report this failure mode. I'll file a bug for that shortly.
