I have four yubikeys, two neos and two older. I carry three on me evey week travelling back and forth to Helsinki from the UK.
These three keys (including the two neos) hold a static password in their second slots which is the bitlocker password for my main computer.
After returning to the UK last night, I was surprised to discover I could not unlock my computer with ANY of the three keys. One on a key ring, the other two were in a zipped section of my wallet. All went through the usual security scan. I use a key typically twice a day at least.
Not had a problem before and been on the flight many times.
I can not think of any other part of my journey when I might have come into contact with anything that could cause this.
The first slot incidentally, used for the default functionality, is working fine.
Any thoughts on how this might have happened and how to protect them in future?
