There isn't a build of YubiKey NEO Manager in the Yakkety PPA as we haven't released a new version of the application since Yakkety was released. The newest version of YubiKey NEO Manager (1.4.0) can be installed without adding our PPA: apt-get install yubikey-neo-manager |
