I have recently purchased a Yubikey NEO to replace my Yubikey 2. Part of my setup is a 64-character static password on my YK2 that I wanted to continue to use on my YK NEO. I luckily still had the configuration logs from 3 years ago, so I could feed all the necessary fields into the personalization tool. To my surprise, the resulting static password is only half-correct. After the prefixed !, the first 32 characters are identical and the second 32 characters are completely different. Any idea what's going on here or how I could fix this?

Edit: Further experimentation has revealed that the part of the static password that is defined by the public identity field is identical on both Yubikey whereas the part defined by private identity and secret key differ even when both fields are set to equal values (even all 0's).

It would have been nice if I could have used my YK 2 as a (partial) backup for my YK NEO but I guess that's not possible.
