Hi

I have a yubikey Neo, and tried to use it on my android nexus 5 phone. (Running Android 6)
I have installed the yubiclip application, but every time I keep the key to my phone, it redirects me to my.yubico.com/neo/.....

How to get it actually to work in for example lastpass?

You have probably selected the browser as "default" don't ask application for managing NFC communication

review your android settings
