My Yubikey NEO is not working with LastPass on my OnePlus One phone (works fine on my laptop). My phone is uses stock Cyanogen OS 13.0-ZNH0EAS2JK (Android 6.0.1). After entering my password in LastPass, a dialogue appears asking for my Yubikey. I touch the back of my phone and the dialogue disappears but it reappears a second later. I can't log in, LastPass keeps asking for my Yubikey.
Oddly, my Yubikey works fine outside LastPass. Tapping the key to the back of the phone outside LastPass opens up the Yubikey website which says my Yubikey is working. I also downloaded TagInfo and it captured lots of data from the Yubikey, I can see the OTP in the captured data. So the NFC is working OK.
I contacted LastPass but they do not have a working OnePlus One phone so they say they can't help. Reading the Cyanogenmod forums, there were issues with the NFC not working at all on the OnePlus One under CynogenMod 12 and development versions of CM 13, I don't think my issue is related as it's specific to LastPass not a general failure of the NFC. Also, turning of off Android Beam, as suggested in one thread I found, didn't help.
Is anyone else having problems with Yubikey and Lastpass on the OnePlus One under Cyanogen OS 13?
