Post subject:  [QUESTION] - OtpKeyProv/KeePass work for anyone on a Mac?

Hey guys, I'm trying to get OtpKeyProv to work on a mac (10.9.2). Has anyone been able to get this to work successfully?

I'm using the following:
- MonoFramework-MRE-3.4.0.macos10.xamarin.x86.pkg
- xQuartz version 2.75
- KeePass version 2.26 portable (mono)
- OtpKeyProv v2.3

I have configured the secondary slot on the yubikey like the following:
- OATH-HTOP auth
- 8 bit HOTP length
- Moving Factor Seed: 0
- generated the secret key

The OtpKeyProv is configured for the following:
- length: 8
- secret key (same as generated in yubico manager app, including spaces between hex values)
- counter: 0
- number of OTP's required 3
- look-ahead count: 0
- the database is only configured for key authentication

I've tried re-generating new secret keys multiple times but no matter what I do, I get the error: "Failed to create OTP Key!"

I am holding the button on the yubikey for at least 2 seconds and it is generating the 8 digits required. The keepass app just does not accept the keys that are being entered.

If someone would be able to provide any advice or guidance, it would be greatly appreciated!

I'll give that a try as well.

In case someone who knows anything about this is reading this forum, I also tried copying a known good working kdbx / OTP xml file combo generated from the same yubikey on a windows machine to my mac, but it doesn't work either.
