| Post subject: | Yubikey stopped working |
I recently bought several yubikeys and already two of them have failed for no apparent reason. They have been kept inside and only sparingly used on a windows machine and have suddenly stopped lighting up or being recognized by windows. What can we do to avoid this? It's been less than 3 months and they were used less than daily.

Hello Base64, Yubikey are sturdy device with a very low defective rate. Unfortunately as everything, manufacturing problem may occur. Please contact our support at support@yubico.com they will help you investigate why your Yubikeys are not working. |
