It is a software issue, not a key issue and we are aware of that which means nothing is wrong with your Yubikey.

For the software someone is working on it.
Statistics: Posted by Tom — Thu Nov 27, 2014 4:24 pm

Tom wrote:

Can you try to set your key in OTP mode only and try again please?

use the Yubikey NEO manager version 1

Thanks for the reply! I have the same versions as the original poster and setting the NEO to only work in OTP mode (or OTP and CCID) did enable the Configure and Test buttons in the Logon Administrator.

For a test, I configured it for logon, which worked, and re-enabled U2F. When U2F was re-enabled, the NEO was not seen by Windows during logon.

To note, I have HMAC setup on slot 2 and don't know if that could be part of the issue.
Statistics: Posted by mattsvensson — Thu Nov 27, 2014 4:00 pm
