If the software you are using provides you security by using the serial number, please change software has that is no security at all.

Serial number are not a good mean to provide security. Such software can be easily fooled, please stay away from such solution.

If the serial number is shown on the right of the personalization tool, your Yubikey is configured correctly.

When you plug in your Yubikey in the personalization tool can you read the serial number on the right ?

Hi All,

I want to integrate TokenLock with Yubikey.

I'm using Yubikey v. 2.2.3. I'm trying to set up autologon by Yubikey. But always get the message, that USB device has no serial number. I tried to follow the instructions "My YubiKey shows that it does not have a serial number" (http://support.map-pin.com/knowledgebase.php?article=29). Many times i tried to enable USB Descriptor, but there is no result.

I wrote about the problem to TokenLock support. Support answered me:
May be some series of keys with this feature actually broken - you may want to contact Yubikey support line.

Plz, help me
