Ahh, that was it. Thank you!

But I need OTP for Lastpass... Quess I'll have to wait a bit to play with U2F - or use another key for Lastpass. (But having to carry two keys kind of sucks)

You need to download and run the YubiKey NEO Manager and switch the unit into U2F or U2F+CCID mode.

Note that this *currently* disables OTP mode (that's a topic for another thread).

[SOLVED] - YubiKey NEO U2F demo not working

Hi all,

I just got a NEO, and wanted to try the U2F demo (http://demo.yubico.com/start/u2f/neo). I've installed the U2F plugin on my Chrome browser (version 38.0.2125.104) running on Windows 8.1.

But when I try to register, and the webpage tells me to "Please touch the flashing U2F device now" my NEO doesn't flash, it has a steady green light (and nothing happens when I touch the 'button').

The YubiKey Personalization Tool recognizes that my key is "fido U2F Ready", and ordinary Yubico OTP validations works fine...

Am I missing something??
