We just got a report from a user who had problems with protecting the second configuration when using a Yubikey 2.2 and the Windows configuration tool version 2.2.1. Despite the lock check box being checked, the second configuation could be overwritten.

This is due to a bug in the configuration tool. We will post the fixed configuration tool withing the following days.
