I got the reply the same day I think, and the replacement Yubi arrived within a few days (from UK to Czech Republic).
Very happy with the resolution.

I received a reply back from a person in less than a day, and then the shipping on the replacement key took a few days once I placed the order.

Anyone here try to get a replacement NEO (due to the OpenPGP issue) recently? How long did it take?

I've filed two support tickets (one over a week ago) and haven't heard anything back other than the "we've received your support ticket" auto-response.
