Do you use nonce > 32 characters perhaps? There is a known bug with those on some validation servers that we never get around to fixing.

Otherwise, send an OTP that generated the BACKEND_ERROR response to support@yubico.com and we'll look in the log files.

/Fredrik
Statistics: Posted by Guest — Mon Feb 13, 2012 10:13 am

I modified the Auth-Yubikey_WebClient Perl module (v3.00)
to authenticate against multiple servers.

Things seem to work since I get OK/BAD_OTP/REPLAYED_OTP
as expected but I am also getting BACKEND_ERROR responses
on api, api4 and api5
Is there any problem on those servers or is it on my side?

Thanks,
Stephane
Statistics: Posted by stef — Mon Feb 06, 2012 4:17 am
