I am attempting to setup my Yubikey for multifactor for domain use.
I am using PIV manager 1.4.2
When I attempt to attach a domain account to the key I get the following error(please see attachments).
I have checked the permissions and the useraccount im using has the proper permission.
I am new to yuibkey and this is my first time trying this.

I have gotten past the initial error now but Im getting the this error as well.
We have attempted to increase the template to 2 years but I get the same error.
