Indeed, I disabled the RICOH smart card reader integrated in the laptop and already recognizes the Yubikey NEO.

Download the Yubikey NEO manager, verify that the CCID interface it is enabled

Done that, verify that you do not have multiple smartcard readers. Disable other readers from the device manager and leave just the Yubikey.

Get the latest version of GPG4Win and try again.

Hello. I instaled Gpg4win in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits

The Yubico Neo is configured correctly, I executed the command ykpersonalize -m82, commit, all correct, but when I execute the comand gpg --card-edit, I get the error:

gpg: selecting openpgp failed: Card not present

Windows recognizes the smartcard in the devices, but I can not access to my Yubico Neo.

Please, any help?.
