Storing Initial Challenge

I kept getting the errors listed in the setup instructions when trying to store the initial challenge so started back at the beginning. Now I am getting this:

mkdir: /var/root/.yubico: File exists
ZACHARYs-iMac-Identiti:~ root# ykpamcfg -2
File /var/root/.yubico/challenge-4679540 already exists, refusing to overwrite.
ZACHARYs-iMac-Identiti:~ root#

Not sure what to do at this point. I never got the message that it was initially stores. I have tried this on both the root and user level.

Please help!
