Silly enough, during playing around with the Yubikey configuration utility from http://static.yubico.com/var/uploads/fi ... taller.msi
and deleted the configuration in "slot 1" of my Yubikey NEO.
It seems in this slot the original settings which are needed to authenticate against Yubikeys servers (for example to post threads HERE in the forum), including the Yubikey serilan number, have been stored - and now, of course, have vanished.
So how can I re-program slot 1 so it works as originally delivered ? I know the serial number of the key but how to set these in the static auth config?

(To clearify: yes I found the option "Configure a Yubikey for upload to the Yubikey server" in the config tool, and it also seems to work - but in the demo/test authentication page at demo.yubico.com I cannot see the serilan number any more.
Output is:
Parameters
tab=one-factor
mode=one-factor
key=vvvegXXXXlirctrtrvgkndheedcuiduufbdfgvitendl [replaced some chars by ]
identity=vvvegXXXXlir
...and the serial number is missing!
Statistics: Posted by elmarhaag — Mon Nov 11, 2013 10:51 pm
