Many thanks. I followed your suggestion and now the light is on permanently. I guess this i better than flashing but even after running the Personalization Tool and selecting "invert LED behaviour" the light remains on. For a security device, it's a bit conspicuous when I use my laptop in public.

Thanks any for helping, at least the flashing is gone. If this is something that can be improved in a future version (software or hardware) I'd really appreciate it.

Hello, first-time user/poster here,

I have two Yubikey 4 Nano - one on Windows 7 and one on Mac OS X. Both can emit OTP and seem to work well (used with Lastpass) without any configuration, out of the box .

However on Mac OS X the small LED light flashes every two seconds. According to the Yubikey manual this means "3.5.4 Non-configured – flash(-es) every 2 seconds: Without a valid
configuration the device won’t emit OTPs."

Please can someone tell me what behaviour to expect on Mac OS X? Do I need to run the Personalisation Tool to complete some configuration to stop it flashing? It's very distracting! The OTP seems to work fine.
