Auto Fill not working with Windows 10

I just upgraded my Surface Pro 3 and Desktop to Windows 10. The Auto Fill for login ID and password for websites does not automatically fill in like it did for the Surface Pro 3 under Windows 8.1 and my Desktop under Windows 7.

The Auto Fill checkboxes are checked for the websites that I want to access.

Has anyone else run into this issue yet?
