icon not displayed in Personalization Tool...

When running the Personalization Tool (V3.1.24, Lib: 1.17.3) on Windows 8.1 with a Yubikey4 (V4.3.3), all functions seem to work correctly (was able to verify OTP on Slot 1 and program Slot 2 with a static password) but on the main screen no icon is displayed for the Yubikey4 ?! Any suggestions... ??
