Hello, I'm going through the Smartcard deployment guide and I think there may be a typo on page 13?

Value: BlockPUKOnMGMUpgrade (DWORD) - setting it to 0 disables the PUK lock

I can't create a key directly under hk_local_machine, should that be hklm\SOFTWARE\Yubico\ykmd ? If it is I still can't get the PUK to not block automatically after I initialize the yubikey, am I doing something wrong?
