domain authenticating but local machine login - newbie

I was able to set up the VM appliance and import all my users from our AD. I pass the RadTest and OTP. I can even authenticate my login with my YubiKey but cannot login to my domain account on the laptop. It pushes me to a local account. When I CTL-ALT-DEL, pgina says I am "authenticated" as a domain user.

Where am I going wrong in my config? I have tried all the settings I can think of in pgina. Or did I miss something in the config of the YubiRADIUS device?
