Reset management key?

I have a YubiKey NEO that I was using for a while. I have replaced it with a YubiKey 4, and want to place this NEO back into our pool. I have managed to reset all of the configuration (PINs, app configuration, etc.) except for the management key. For whatever reason, I don't seem to have this key anymore and it is not allowing me to clear that item. Is there a way to reset it?
