Currently there is no way exposed on the web to allow users to do that. No need to try the 'change forum password' feature since that will not work now.
For now we just ask you to email us (forum@yubico.com) your forum user name, an old yubikey OTP (if you still have it) + a new yubikey OTP, we will verify the transaction record and update your yubikey in the forum database. Then you can use your new Yubikey to log in to the forum.
When there are a lot of such requests, we'll then automate the process.
