First - what does "not function" mean ? If you remove the second configuration - does it work better then ? We've noticed that some users find the current model a bit confusing.

Secondly - Can you please check that you've got the most recent drivers ? We've got a few support issues with some USB 3.0 controllers where the problem has been the driver. Does it work on a non-USB3 port ?

The Yubikey doesn't work well on USB 3 port
When I insert the yubikey on USB 3 port and open the personalization tool
the key is partly recognized (serial number stay empty)
