New firmware release - 1.3.2

We are now introducing maintenance release 1.3.2. A very minor release really and the reason for it is increased testability at production.

Fixed issues are:

- Enhanced testability features. We've speeded up a few things at device startup that allows a quicker turn-around at production test. Users won't see this feature.
- The intra-character pacing flags did not work properly. Setting these caused a very slow output.
- Quicker suspend (power down) entry when the USB host goes into suspend. Not a big deal - more of an USB conformance thing.
