Hello,

That seems to be a quite old version of the validation server (at least version 2.10, current is 2.19), you might want to upgrade, there's been improvements and bugfixes since then, there might even be a specific fix for that issue in there.

That issue probably has to do with database connectivity, is the validation server working properly? With database connection configured in ykval-config.php? There could also be more helpful log-messages in syslog, all log messages for syslog are written in the local0 facility.

ykval-queue not starting

Howdy all

I'm having some difficulties getting the ykval service started on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3.

I am receiving the following output on screen when the service starts

[root@ykval01 ~]# ykval-queue start
[Dec 22 01:11:08] notice: Starting ykval-queue daemon, output in: '/var/log/ykval-queue.log'
[root@ykval01 ~]# PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function rowCount() on a non-object in /etc/ykval/ykval-synclib.php on line 293

[root@ykval01 ~]#

no output in the logs other than below.

[Dec 22 01:11:08] notice: Starting ykval-queue daemon, output in: '/var/log/ykval-queue.log'
[Dec 22 01:11:08] info: Changed identify to 'root':'root'

Any ideas?
