Password Safe setup URL

I am trying to configure Password Safe V.3.16.2Y to work with Yubikey. I need to generate the Client ID and API Key by going to the URL https://api.yubico.com/yms/getapi.php):
[this link is embedded in the Yubikey enabled version of Password Safe]
However, the link (and similar variations of it) seems to get redirected back to the www.yubico.com home page, instead of landing on the generator page.

I did a site search for the page where this key generator is located but have not found it. Can anyone direct me to proper location? Without this page I am unable to use my Yubikey with Password Safe.
