Just checked with my Neo; Same thing happens. Is this a driver / GPG application issue?

I'd like to reset my Yubikey 4. When I run any gpg or gpg2 command I am prompted for a password. If I enter anything other than leaving it blank I am presented with:

gpg: WARNING: recipients (-r) given without using public key encryption
gpg: AllowSetForegroundWindow(4668) failed: Access is denied.

It will run like this indefinitely, as far as I can tell. Forcing the process to terminate returns a short PGP message.

I have followed the instructions at https://developers.yubico.com/ykneo-ope ... pplet.html with no change in behaviour of the gpg applications.
