Using the smartcard via NFC that is a whole different task. You will have to select the AID via NFC in order to talk with the desired applet.

Can someone explain the difference in usb or nfc configurations?

My questions are:
- Are the configurations seperate from each other?
Eg. I can configure two seperate configs for the USB. Does that also apply to the NFC part?
- Can the NFC part communicate with the USB part?
Eg. if I configure USB config 2 with Challenge/Response, can I utilize it from the NFC JavaCard part?

I am still investigating all the possible uses of the device, and want to use it to the fullest capabilities.
