You can safely reprogram slot 2 in Yubico OTP mode and upload the AES key and credentials to YubiCloud server without any harm to your slot 1 parameters.

I currently own a YubiKey 2 with slot 1 programmed for Yubico-OTP (as shipped), slot 2 is currently used as "playground" for me.

As we started to implement YubiKeys to our webapplication (currently using the Yubico-API for authentication) I'm curious if it is possible to have BOTH slots programmed for the Yubico-Auth-Service (generating an own AES-Key for slot 2 and upload it to Yubico).
As during upload the Key serial is requested I am quite unsure if this is possible at all or if the "new" entry would overwrite/invalidate the key in slot 1?

Experiences/hints anyone?
