After a bit more research, I believe the answer is...yes, but would require using both configurations: 1 for LastPass and the other for KeePass. In short, LastPass requires one configuration to be Yubico OTP. KeePass can support different configurations, but not Yubico OTP.

Just as the title says, I'm wondering, can I use the same YubiKey for both LastPass and KeePass simultaneously?
