How does the Yubikey 4's OpenPGP app know when to require a new PIN entry? E.g., if I enter the PIN once, then log out and log in as a different user on the same computer, how does the Yubikey know to require the PIN after switching users? Or similarly, if the Yubikey is plugged into a powered USB hub, I enter the PIN, then plug the hub into a different USB host without cutting power to the Yubikey?
