Never heard of this before. Could you please do the following:

1) Uninstall the software.
2) Download the latest version of the software from www.yubico.com
3) Install the software as Administrator
4) Reboot your Windows computer
4) Run the software as administrator

5) works -> good

5) not work -> go to 6)
6) add a new user (non admin)
7) add a new admin user
8) run the software from the new admin and/or from the new user

9) works -> good

9 not work -> come back here.

I am trying the get the yubikey work on my windows but I cant select any user.. See http://s.prelicio.us/1367507979-nYY.png
I did had an .NET error once, but im not sure if that was from the yubikey.
