I just got my YubiKey NEO.

I'm using YubiKey Personalization Tool 3.1.20 on Win7 32b (Program in Static Password Mode - Scan Code) and I want to configure a static password on Slot 2.

But I cannot do it because when I select the slot the password field is disabled (in both slots). The Slot 1 is the only configured btw.

What's the procedure? Is my YubiKey faulty?

SOLVED!

I just had to choose the US keyboard layout on the Yubikey Personalization Tool application then the password field gets activated.
