[QUESTION] Sending slot 2 via NFC

I would like to use my Yubikey with LastPass on my android phone a Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

I need to send both a static password in Slot 2 and the default OTP password from slot 1 via NFC.

For my PC I am using the longpress sending slot 2 as the master password and the short press to send slot 1 as the second factor for Lastpass.

This works well on the PC but how can I send slot 2 to my android device? While still being able to send slot 1..
