[QUESTION] Protect from disabling auto-eject feature

Is it possible to protect from disabling auto-eject feature by end user? Yubikeys is configured with -m81:15:900 usb mode (ccid with autoeject timeout) , but changing mode requires no authentication. I tried setting access code while in OTP mode, but after setting code I can't change mode to CCID without changing access code back to zeroes.
