You can you your Yubikey with Yubico OTP on as many services you like without worries!

I just have a quick question I cant seem to find a good answer to. I have a yubikey that I use with LastPass and I have been looking at setting up YubiX for two factor authentication for VPNs and such and I wanted to know if its possible to use my existing key with these corporate appliances? I dont know if there is some kind of sync threshold that these have with services such as Lastpass or if the single key should work with all of them at once?
