I was getting "OTP device with CCID, sleep..." with neoman, and no applets shown.

I'm not 100% sure what I did to fix it, but I though I'd post what I did.

$ sudo pacman -S pcsc-tools
$ sudo systemctl start pcscd
$ pcsc_scan

I've tried undoing these steps and I can't get it back in to the error message state. Also when it was in that state I tried some manual python code and was getting YkNeoMgrError(-4).

Not sure if this will be useful to anyone, but hopefully it'll come up in searches.
