Use yubikey-login with only one user [Mac OS X]

I managed to setup my OS X to login with the Challenge-Response method. I'd like this to be enabled only for my current user. In case of loss of my yubikey, I'd like to be able to login with an admin user without the yubikey and a more complex password. Your mac-os-x login guide provides no further information:

Is this possible? As far as I have understood, I can save the challenge response secret key and copy it to a new one. But then I had to wait for the delivery of a new one?
