Amazing!

It replicates the behaviour of a yubikey, but I can't seem to actually use it as a yubikey replacement, by registering it's keys on the Yubico server and then logging in with the OTP's generated.
For one, 'foreign' identities should always start with vv, therefor in your field Public Namespace Prefix you could have a checkbox for selecting follow Yubico Public Identity Guidelines effectively setting the last byte as f.
Then, the AES key for the upload should be 32 chars. Your's is 16. this may be my lack of understanding how to deal with this, but it makes it impossible for me to register my keys with Yubico. I doubt it would work with a 'roll-your-own' server ykkms.
It is interesting to actually make this work since that way you could have a softtoken on your pc, on a website, on a mobile phone, on an e-reader, Tablet PC or anywhere...
So Please continue the development into that direction and keep me (us?) posted...
