No a Yubico OTP credential can only be used from one YubiKey, as the protocol relies on two different internal hardware counters (a usage counter and a session usage counter). See (https://www.yubico.com/support/knowledg ... k-yubikey/) or (https://developers.yubico.com/OTP/OTPs_Explained.html) for an explanation on the protocol.

Can a single api key ID and secret key supports multiple yubikeys? We have use case where we should use single apikey id and secret key for different yubikeys?
currently we have yubikey neo.
