Hello,

That feature is not supported on the NEO. That's a failure from us in failing in communicating that in a simple way.

Hi all,

I m trying to test the automatic update of statiic passwords and I should be doing something wrong:

Program a static, advanced, 32 characters alphanumeric password on slot 1. I test this and works fine sending the same static password every time I touch the key for 2 seconds.

Now in settings I select Enable manual update using the button and update configuration 1.

No matter if I press the button for 6, 8 , 10, 12, or 14 seconds the light never flash
