[Question] Old Neo - OPT or CCID setting only

I have an old Yubikey Neo F/W 3.1.0 which only appears to offer OTP mode or CCID mode in the Neo Manager. I cannot select both at the same time, and in neither option can I see any apps. Any suggestions? With my new Neo I can see the full range of connection options and all the apps, so it is not a software issue with the Neo Manager.
